How do I choose between cleaning machines?

Start from the impurities you actually have: light chaff and dust, stones of similar size, or a density difference in the same crop. Each problem has its own machine, and one machine rarely does all three well.

Can one line handle several crops?

Yes, but the screens, air settings and cleaning routine have to change between crops. Tell us the crops and we will plan the changeover, not just the machine list.

What capacity will I get?

Capacity depends on the material, its moisture, its impurity load and the target cleanliness. It is calculated for your duty and confirmed in the technical agreement — not taken from a catalogue headline.

Do you supply only the machine or the whole line?

Both. Many customers start with one machine and add intake, conveying, dust control, weighing and bagging later; the layout should be planned for that from the start.

What about electrical installation?

Connection and maintenance are carried out by a licensed electrician to the applicable code, with lock-out/tag-out before work. We supply the wiring diagram and the supply requirements for your country.

How long is delivery and what is included?

Lead time and scope are stated on the quotation and confirmed in the contract. Standard scope is the machine, operation and maintenance manual, wiring diagram and spare parts list.

Can I visit before ordering?

Yes. Visits are by appointment at our works in Huojia County, Xinxiang, Henan; tell us what you want to run and we will arrange the material.

Who handles spare parts afterwards?

Screens, wearing parts and common items are standard stock items; we list them on the quotation so you can keep a set on site.
