Dual-Belt Dual-Hopper Bagging Machine

Dual-Belt Dual-Hopper Bagging Machine

Two independent belt feeders and two alternating weigh hoppers keep bags moving while the next bag is being weighed out — built for continuous bagging of grain and granular material.

Overview

The dual-belt dual-hopper bagging machine is built for plants where the weighing step is the bottleneck. Instead of weighing and filling in the same cycle, the machine feeds material on two independent belts and alternates between two weigh hoppers: while one hopper discharges into a bag, the other is already being filled.

The result is continuous bagging: the operator is not waiting for the scale between bags. Belt speed can be set per material, which matters when you switch between wheat, corn, rice, seed and granular fertiliser on the same line.

What it is used for

Grain depots and purchase stations that need high bag throughput in a short harvest window; rice mills, feed mills, seed processing plants and fertiliser blenders that pack several materials on one line.

How it works

Material is split across two belt feeders. Each hopper receives, weighs and discharges in turn, and the belts adjust individually so neither hopper runs short or overfilled. Bag weight, count and total tonnage are shown on the controller, and batch records can be exported if the plant needs them.

Choosing the right configuration

To quote correctly we need: material and bulk density, bag weight and bag type (woven, paper, PE), required bags per hour, available head height under the discharge, power supply and destination country. Tell us these and the machine is configured to the line rather than to a catalogue number.

Key features

  • Two independent belt feeders with individual speed setting
  • Two alternating weigh hoppers — weigh one bag while filling the next
  • Works with woven, paper and PE bags
  • Batch count and total tonnage records on the controller
  • Wear-resistant contact surfaces for abrasive grain
  • Modular assemblies for fast maintenance and spare parts

Advantages

  • No weigh-wait bottleneck
  • Speed adapts per material
  • Stable accuracy at changing flow
  • Simple wear-part replacement

How it works

Material is split over two belt feeders; two weigh hoppers alternate between receiving, weighing and discharging so bagging never stops for the scale.

Typical applications

  • Grain purchase depots
  • Rice mills
  • Feed mills
  • Seed processing plants
  • Fertiliser and chemical granules
  • High-throughput bagging lines
  • Plants packing several materials
  • Harvest-season peak load
