Pneumatic Single-Operator Bagging Scale
Air-driven bagging scale for grain, seed and granular material, operated by one person with automatic weight cut-off and a bag clamp that holds the bag during filling.
Overview
A pneumatic bagging scale uses compressed air to open and close the filling gate. There is no motor in the filling path, which keeps the machine simple and makes it a practical choice where maintenance access or electrical safety is a concern.
The operator clamps the bag, filling starts, the scale cuts off at the set weight, and the operator releases the bag. Bag count and accumulated weight are displayed on the controller.
Choosing between pneumatic and electric
Pneumatic machines are simple and robust and are usually preferred where the plant already has compressed air. Electric (motorised) machines are preferred where air is not available or where very high cycle rates are needed. Both are available; tell us which fits your plant.
