Overview
This model puts the weighing, filling and bag handling within arm's reach of one operator. The bag hangs on the clamp, filling starts automatically, and the controller signals when the bag is complete so the operator can release and close it.
It is used mainly for seed and small-grain packing where bag weights are moderate and output per hour is set by one person. Because there is one operator, the machine is kept short and accessible, which also suits plants with low head height.
Why one operator
Many seed and grain plants in export markets run a single packing position per shift. A single-operator machine removes the need for a second person holding the bag, which is usually the biggest labour cost in bagging.

The bag is clamped under the filling spout; a pneumatic gate opens, the scale cuts off at the set weight, and the operator releases and closes the bag.
