Hopperless Continuous Bagging Scale
Bagging scale without an intermediate weigh hopper — material is weighed directly into the bag, which shortens the machine and suits low head-height buildings.
Overview
A conventional packing scale weighs material in a hopper and then drops it into the bag. A hopperless design weighs directly in the bag on the clamp, which removes one transfer step and shortens the machine height.
That makes it useful where the building has limited head height, or where the material is prone to sticking in a hopper. Weight is cut off at the target value by the controller, and the bag is released by the operator.
When it is the right choice
If your existing building cannot take a tall machine, or if you pack material that bridges in a hopper, the hopperless version solves both. It is not the fastest option per hour — for peak throughput a dual-hopper machine is better.
