Grain Flow Scale (In-Line Weighing)
Continuous in-line scale that measures the weight of a flowing grain stream — used for intake records, line balancing and stock control without stopping the line.
Overview
A flow scale weighs grain while it is moving. Instead of bagging a sample and multiplying, the scale sits in the conveying line and totals the material passing through, so intake at the depot and output at the mill are both recorded as they happen.
Typical use is purchase weighing at the intake pit, monitoring throughput of a cleaning line, and stock control between silos. Totals are shown on the controller and can be reset per truck, per shift or per batch.
What it is not
It is not a laboratory instrument: accuracy depends on flow stability and calibration with your material. We state the achievable accuracy for your installation in the technical agreement, and calibration weights are supplied with the machine.
