Single-Deck Gravity Separator for Grain & Seed
Compact single-deck gravity separator that removes shrivelled, sprouted and damaged kernels by density — for smaller seed and grain cleaning capacities.
Overview
The single-deck gravity separator does the same job as the double-deck version in one pass: it separates grain by density, lifting light and damaged kernels away from sound grain, and grades the sound fraction by weight.
It is the right choice when throughput is moderate, when floor space or budget is limited, or when the incoming grain is already reasonably clean and one density pass is enough.
Single deck or double deck
Choose single deck for smaller capacities and cleaner incoming grain; choose double deck when the material is heavily contaminated with light kernels, when the cleanliness target is strict (seed production), or when throughput is high. We will tell you honestly which one your material needs.

Como funciona
Grain travels over a vibrating inclined deck while air is blown through it; light kernels lift to the light outlet, sound grain discharges at the heavy outlet.
