Overview
Every machine in a grain cleaning line moves air, and that air carries dust. Without a collector, the dust settles on the electrics, on the product and on the people running the plant.
We supply cyclone collectors for coarse dust and pulse-jet bag filter collectors for fine dust, sized to the air volume of the machines they serve and connected by ducting to each dust outlet.
Why it matters commercially
Dust control is a working-condition requirement in most markets, a fire-risk measure in all of them, and a product-loss issue everywhere: dust that leaves the machine is material you paid for. Planning the collector with the line is cheaper than retrofitting it afterwards.
Sizing
Air volume is calculated from the machines in the line, the number of extraction points and the duct runs. Send the machine list and the layout and we will size the collector and the ducting with it.
