Overview
Powders do not behave like grain: they fluidise, they bridge in the hopper, and they dust. This machine uses an auger (screw) feeder with a two-stage fill — fast bulk fill then slow top-up — so the bag ends at the target weight without an overshoot.
The filling head is sealed to the bag mouth and connected to a dust extraction point, which keeps the working area clean and reduces product loss.
Suitable materials
Wheat flour and starch, feed premix and additives, milk powder, chemical and mineral powder, and similar fine or semi-fine powders. For very light or highly fluidised powders, tell us at enquiry stage so the auger and the venting are set up correctly.
What we need for a quotation
Bulk density, bag weight, bags per hour, bag type, whether the powder is explosive or hygroscopic, and the power supply at the plant. Explosion-proof or stainless construction is available on request.
