Bucket Elevator for Grain (TD Series, Belt or Chain)

Overview
Bucket elevators move material vertically between floors or into silos without taking up floor space. Material is scooped at the bottom inlet and discharged at the top, either by gravity or centrifugal throw depending on head speed.
We supply belt type and chain type elevators. Belt type suits grain and seed where breakage and noise matter; chain type suits heavier or hotter material and longer service intervals. Casing is sealed with inspection doors, so dust stays inside the machine.
Where it fits in the line
After the receiving pit and before cleaning, or between cleaning stages and the packing or storage bin. In a typical grain cleaning line the elevator is the link between horizontal conveyors and the gravity separator or destoner.
What we need to size it
Lift height centre to centre, throughput required, material and bulk density, discharge height above the receiving bin, and whether the site needs a self-supporting tower or a leg bolted to existing steel. Buckets, belt width and drive are then selected for your duty.
