Overview
With a single position, output is limited by how fast one person can clamp, fill, release and close a bag. A dual-operator electric scale separates filling from closing: one operator fills and the other closes and stacks.
The electric drive gives a faster and more repeatable gate cycle than a pneumatic machine of the same size, which matters when the target is high bags per hour over a long shift.
Layout
The machine is set up so the two positions do not obstruct each other — the second operator stands at the closing table beside the discharge. Tell us your available floor space and we will confirm the layout on the drawing before production.
